Directions Avoca Beach Hotel & Resort is located on the main road leading into Avoca from Kincumber and Terrigal. As a large property we have a number of different entries. For All Accommodation, Conferences and Weddings please use our Townsend Ave entrance and head to reception. For Hotel patrons (Saltwater Bistro, the Sports Bar, and Bottleshop) please use the Avoca Drive entrance. Avoca Beach is part of the NSW Central Coast, just over an hours drive from both Sydney and Newcastle.
