Avoca Beach
Avoca Beach attractions are plentiful including it’s own golden sand beach which stretches over a kilometre long to North Avoca and is one of the premier beaches in the state. The beach is patrolled all summer and there is a rock pool and children’s playground perfect for the kids. Avoca Lake, located part way along the beach is another great spot for kids and families to explore. Of course the beach isn’t the only thing that makes this such a wonderful place for a holiday, there are numerous cafes and restaurants, the unique Avoca Beach Picture Theatre, Avoca Beachside Markets (the 4th Sunday of every month) and beautiful Bouddi National Park.
Local Attractions
A little further afield the Central Coast offers an even greater range of things to see and do when you visit. There are numerous Golf Courses & Galleries to compliment all the Swimming and Fishing Spots for which the Coast is so well known. A visit to the Reptile Park is a great day out for kids and adults alike. Brisbane Water is also a must, whether you opt for a scenic drive out to Patonga or Pretty Beach or enjoy it all by Boat is up to you.
